How to use the product

How to put on the Actimove Professional Line LumbaMotion Back Support with Pressure Pad: wrap the belt around your abdomen and close the fastener
Position the pressure pad in the center of the hook and loop zone at the back. Apply in a standing position. Center the back support along your lumbar spine. Slide your fingers into the two finger pockets and wrap the belt around your abdomen, applying even tension on both sides, then close the hook-and-loop fastener at the front. If required, adjust the support until you feel comfortably stabilized. Try to avoid wrinkles in your clothing underneath the belt.

How to care for your product

Close the fastener and remove the pressure pad before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line LumbaMotion Back Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 30°C/85°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
