How to find the right size

This product is available in one, universal size that fits most, but measuring your forearm can help you make sure that the Actimove Sports Edition Elbow Strap is suited to you. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your forearm (take the measurement approximately 2 inches or 5 cm below the elbow).

How to use the product

How to put on Actimove Sports Edition Elbow Strap with Hot/Cold Pack: slide your arm through the the strap and fasten the strap
Take the hot/cold pack out of the pocket and heat or cool it as necessary according to the instructions for use, then place it in the pocket. Loosen the strap, slide your arm through the product and position the elbow strap with the hot/cold pack onto the forearm, keeping approximately a two-finger distance from the elbow crease. For tennis elbow, adjust the hot/cold pack more towards the upper side, and for golfer's elbow, adjust it more towards the lower side of the arm. Finally, retighten the strap to secure it in place.

How to care for your product

Make sure to close straps and remove hot/cold pack before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Sports Edition Elbow Strap using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
